At Lovihome, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help — and you have a full 90 days to return most items.
We accept returns within 90 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility. To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, unassembled and in their original packaging, with all parts, accessories, manuals and tags included — in resellable condition. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required. Items showing signs of use, installation, assembly or washing are not eligible for a full refund.
Inspection. All returns are inspected at our warehouse. If an item is found to be used, damaged or incomplete, we reserve the right to reject the return or offer a partial refund reflecting the item’s diminished value. We will contact you with photos before any deduction is made.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 business days of your return passing inspection. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

If your item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we’ll arrange an exchange or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where required. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Singapore’s Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or unsealed (unless defective):
Sale, clearance and “Final Sale” items, as well as custom or personalised products, are not returnable.
